PrecisionTx® is a variation of SmartLipo. It involves laser lipolysis like SmartLipo, but has the ability to define its target areas better than SmartLipo. In the areas around the face and neck, finesse is required to achieve maximal results. In removing fat around the abdomen, buttocks and thighs, the goal is to remove stubborn fat. Stubborn fat isn’t as much the issue in the neck and arms as is skin laxity.  With PrecisionTx® the tissue under the skin is directly affected, producing maximum tightening of the skin. Only a few ounces of fat are removed from under the neck or arms, but tightening loose skin is what creates remarkable results.
