California– the land of fruits and nuts.
OK, we Californians might be a bunch of nuts but at least we got the social distancing thing right. California took social distancing very serious from the beginning when governor Newsom implemented the “shelter in place” back in early March for the entire state. If you look at this graph, you will see that the projected deaths for New York: 15,618, Boston: 8,254, California: 1,783.
Now we are sending hundreds of ventilators to all those states in dire need. The sooner all states get on board with this concept, the sooner we will get through this as a nation. Social distancing works!
